Barbara Wright is the author of Plain Language (Touchstone/Simon & Schuster), which won a Spur Award from the Western Writers of America and the William Rockhill Nelson Award.  Her first novel, Easy Money, was published by Algonquin Books.  She recently completed White Hands, a novel about three women friends--an American journalist, a therapist and a painter, who become involved with the death squads in El Salvador’s civil war.
